We are fully committed to providing you the best possible solutions, and in this regard, we allow our clients to report the company in case they find the delivered products damaged are not fulfilling their requirements at support@thecustomboxes.ca within 3 days of receiving orders.

Company side defects

If the product fault is proven on the part of the company, the company will be responsible for the reprinting of the entire order. The judgment of the company on the subject of defining fault and its responsibility will be ultimate. The client will be required to dispatch back the whole order to the firm within 7 working days and will be bearing the shipment cost on his own. Clients will be required to provide documents and proofs of deficiencies by providing digital snapshots to get order reproduced according to the guidelines and shunning previous blunders.

Client-side defects:

In case the defect is proved on the client’s side, and they still desire to get cash reimbursed, they will be required to send the whole order back to the company. The delivery costs, product production costs, billing costs, and printing costs will be subtracted while returning. 

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

In the condition that the client provides the wrong address or shipment goes unclaimed, shipment will be returned to the company, and the client will be liable to pay for the reshipment of the order.
